Onyx, Ergonomic Office Chair

Just as advertised. Soft velvet and gold hardware. Easily put together and sits firm. I love the look in my room. Delivery was perfect.

I expected much higher quality for a desk at this $2,000 price point. The design looks nice in photos, but the build and finish leave a lot to be desired. Within a short time of use, I noticed chips and cracks along the edges (see attached photos). The joints don’t sit flush, and the finish feels more fragile than it should for something marketed as premium.
For this price, I would have expected solid craftsmanship and durability, but the materials and workmanship feel closer to budget furniture. Disappointing investment overall.

Also the overall delivery and assembly (white glove delivery) experience is bad, unprofessional installers that even scratched my floor

Love the desk after we spent 30 minutes drilling new holes because at three spots the ones that came were not in the right spot.

Okay, so I was a little nervous picking out dining chairs for this spot—with the huge windows and the light wood table, I wanted something that felt cohesive. These ones? Total hit. The wooden arms have this clean, simple line that matches the table’s modern vibe, and the cushioned seats are soft but not too sinky—perfect for when I’m sipping coffee and staring at the view. Plus, the way the light hits them in the morning, with the wood tone warming up next to the bright cushions? It just makes the whole dining area feel calm and put-together. I find myself sitting here even when I’m not eating, just ‘cause they’re comfy and the design feels right. Honestly, such a good call picking these.

The delivery was received earlier than expected. The packaging was excellent. The white glove experience was also great. The individual came early on a Saturday and completed the full assembly within 5 hours. The assembly was done in a professional manner. The desk and chair look and operate great. A couple of observations from my experience. The assembler did not take the trash with him. It was almost impossible since his car was small. He was only able to take one of the 3 boxes that were delivered. Also, I was left with a wooden pallet that I need to dispose of. It is not a deal breaker; but, I would have liked for the installer to have taken the trash with them. Also, during the routing of my cables for my computer system, I was surprised that the desk did not come with open holes / spaces for me to route the cables. I would recommend that a number of holes be strategically placed to allow the user to route the cables / surge protectors without being seen. Overall, the desk and chair were a great purchase, very good quality, and very comfortable to work on. Thanks for the quick and exceptional service.

Very well designed and great directions for assembly...

These cream quilted leather dining chairs are such a nice touch for our space. The quilted pattern adds a subtle, classy texture, and the slim metal legs keep things feeling light and modern. When I sit in them, they’re comfy enough for long meals—we’ve had family dinners here that lasted hours, and no one complained about sore backs. The leather feels smooth and durable, too—super easy to wipe down if there’s a little spill (which happens all the time with kids), so they’re perfect for busy family life. They also blend really well with our wooden table, the chandelier, and the natural light from the windows.

Office furniture is amazing. Product material is sturdy and the texture is smooth. The books shelves and desk look amazing together. Lots of space for storage and cords. The product we received was damaged and was unusable however the customer service team was excellent and resolved our issue promptly.

While the seat cushion is nice, everything else is terrible. I didn’t expect this much plastic to hold the chair up. It feels flemsy. The arm rests rotation do not lock in so they are constantly moving out of place even when I lightly lean on them. The back isn’t as supportive as I’d think it would be. The lumbar support is too low. I think this $200 chair isn’t worth it.
